Please note: Any items that are custom made, Customer's Own Material (COM), made-to-order or sale items cannot be returned or exchanged unless damaged or defective. Defective items are eligible for exchange only. Once a returned item is received in our store, the return or exchange will be processed immediately.

Return Eligibility: Item must be unused and in the original condition that you received it. It must also be accompanied by the original packaging.

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

Any item not in its original condition, damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error cannot be returned or exchanged.
Any item that is returned more than 10 days after delivery cannot be returned or exchanged.

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email notification that we have received your return. You will also be notified if the item is eligible for return or not at this time.  If the return is approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment. Processing on our end, plus processing on your credit card side may take up to 4 weeks.

To return your product, please begin by emailing us, and we will provide you with an address.

You are responsible for paying shipping costs for all returns. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.

If you are shipping an item over $79, you may want to consider using a trackable shipping service and/or purchasing shipping insurance. We cannot be held responsible for errors in shipping or delivery.
